Akron Children's Hospital was founded on the principle of serving the needs of their community. Within their doors, this means treating all children as if they were their own, and turning no child or family away based on their ability to pay. In the community, this means improving access to healthcare services for children and families, enhancing public health, advancing medical or health knowledge, and reducing the burden of government or other community efforts.
Blank Children's Hospital is completely dedicated to meeting the unique health care needs of children. Blank Children's is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their child's healing and recovery. Everything from equipment to décor is designed specifically for children.

Knox Blocks Foundation wants families in need to have a little extra peace of mind in honor of their son Knox. They raise money through donations to purchase Owlet Smart Socks.
The Max Cure Foundation provides financial support to families battling childhood cancer while also supporting research and raising awareness. The organization was created by the Plotkin family after their son Max was diagnosed with cancer the day before his fourth birthday. Max is now a ten-year cancer survivor, but the family continues to dedicate their lives towards the fight against childhood cancer.
No Foot Too Small was founded in 2014, by Robin and Ryan Boudreau. NFTS is in the process of building the first Labor and Delivery Suite in the United States that is specifically designed for families experiencing infant loss.
Pab's Packs is a nonprofit organization founded by teenagers, for teenagers. They provide comfort to chronically ill teens (aging from 10-19) by providing custom designed backpacks filled with select items to enhance their hospital stay.
